Note biographique: Nathalie Ravilly has spent the last 25 years in the Defense and Aerospace industry, holding diverse management positions since 2000, in Legal, in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as in Strategy & Development, where she conducted a large number of cross-border transactions and led strategic planning for the Defense Mission Systems Business Unit of Thales. She is now Vice President, in charge of Defence and Space Strategy & Corporate Development of Thales. In her non-executive roles, Nathalie is the President of Telespazio S.p.A., and a member of the Board of Naval Group, as well as of those of Elettronica S.p.A., Thales Alenia Space, Thales Germany, and Onera, the French Aerospace Lab. Nathalie Ravilly is a graduate from SciencesPo Paris (1993) in Economics & School of Government, as well as from the University of Paris / La Sorbonne where she obtained a Master in History (1994), and a Master in Law (J.D.,1996). In 2007, she graduated in Corporate Finance from HEC Business School and in 2014, she was admitted as Auditeur of the 67th National Session of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale (IHEDN), a high standing military institution placed under France‘s Prime Minister authority.
